Где правила диктует сила, компетентность не нужна. Только закончилось очередное заседание Экспертного совета по финансовой грамотности при Банке России. Этот огонёк жизни десятков наших сограждан в Кемерово погас. В этом есть и наша вина. Мы не сумели сохранить их жизни, не смогли уберечь наших детей.
